Pluma Rosé is “a wine that tastes like wine” . Pink and with personality, it resembles that made by our ancestors in the small underground cellars.
It is made with Tempranillo and Garnacha , inks and a third almost disappeared white variety is added , which provides the touch and personality sought after by Bodegas El Inicio.
Rosé wine from Castilla y León with grapes from vineyards located in the surroundings of the Valladolid municipalities of Cubillas de Santa Marta, Trigueros del Valle, Mucientes and Cigales. Its altitude, between 700 and 750 meters, and the high limestone content of the soil provide minerality and freshness in the wines. The result is “a wine that tastes like wine.”
It is made with Tempranillo and Garnacha reds from vineyards in glasses of a certain age. A third white variety almost disappeared is added, which provides the touch and personality sought by Bodegas El Inicio.
The harvest is carried out at the most balanced moment of maturity of all the varieties. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, sending them to a tank for several hours to carry out a light maceration.
