Peñafiel is known for its castle, yet Peñafiel is also grapes and wine and what better way than to combine them all in our old-fashioned wine cellar at the foot of the imposing Medieval fortress declared a National Monument in 1917.

As you approach the town from the main road, you can admire the striking image of the impressive castle which watches over, gives sanctuary and protects the town and has inspired the name of our exceptional winemaker´s choice wine- Admiración Selección Especial.

The wine cellar is situated in the historic centre of the town and was built years ago to sell wine in cántaras (16 litre bottles) along with local products like pastries and pulses, today it is a distinctive and authentic jewel.
