After two years without being able to do it due to the pandemic, the Bodegas el Inicio team has finally been able to meet at their summer appointment to carry out a new blind tasting. A moment that helps us to assess the quality of our wines, but also those produced by other wineries and that allows us to audit our work.
In a training activity in which a good number of the people who form Bodegas el Inicio get together, something that we cannot do on many occasions, we test the wines and also ourselves as tasters. In it we carry out a sensory examination to check the organoleptic characteristics that we find.
To do this, the taster does not know what wine he is tasting at any given time, since the bottles are covered with a cloth, which does not allow the brand, the vintage or the origin to be known. The objective is to assess the products for what they are, from a merely organoleptic point of view, compared to other similar products.
