You can not only enjoy a wine by drinking it. Why not do it with a chuchara in hand, if we have transformed the wine into a delicious ice cream? Summer is a good time to choose this option, a dessert that will sweeten your meals in an original way or a ‘whim’ for any time of the day.

For the ingredients you need:
- 1 bottle of red wine
- 150 grams of sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 egg yolks
- 300 ml of cream
- 250 ml of milk
1st Make the syrup. In a saucepan you add the wine, the sugar and the cinnamon stick. Put it on the fire or on the plate to heat slowly, until due to the effect of evaporation, only about half a glass of liquid remains in the saucepan. This process takes about three quarters of an hour.
2nd Once cold, remove the cinnamon
3rd In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks
4th In another saucepan, heat the milk and cream also over medium heat. Before boiling it is removed from the heat source and the yolks are added, mixing everything. Once mixed, it is returned to the fire, stirring constantly until it thickens without letting the content come to a boil.
5th Finally, once cold, add the syrup that we made at the beginning, the entire mixture is passed into a container and placed in the freezer, from where we must remove it every three quarters of an hour to stir it, an operation that must be carried out until three times before letting it freeze completely.
6th Enjoy your creation whenever you feel like it.
